Luanga joined Interfaith Action as a Development Associate in July 2025 as a member of the Development and Communications team. In his role, he assists the organization in cultivating donor relationships, supporting grant writing and research, and aiding in data analysis and program evaluation.

Before graduating from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota in May 2025, Luanga conducted enjoyable internships at non-profits and the legislature in the Twin Cities. He enjoys using his interdisciplinary skills and perspectives to meaningfully add to projects that contribute positively and sustainably to communities and neighbors.

Luanga proudly calls Lubumbashi, DR Congo home and outside of work enjoys playing and watching football (American soccer), cycling, and exploring new places on public transportation.
