Irma brings a strong commitment to community service and youth empowerment through her work as a family coach for Faithful Hospitality and the Workforce Development.

Before joining us at Interfaith, she worked at CLUES (Comunidades Latinas Unidas en Servicio) in the Youth Department, connecting with young people and their families, and guiding them toward scholarships and international exchange opportunities. Irma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from El Colegio de la Frontera in Tijuana, Mexico. Outside of Interfaith Action, she volunteers with the Boy Scouts and church communities, demonstrating leadership, compassion, and a dedication to helping others thrive.
