Erica Collins
Chief Development Officer
Erica joined the Interfaith Action team as Director of Development & Communications in October 2024.
Prior to joining IFA, Erica spent two years as the Executive Director of National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) Minnesota, after seven years of serving the organization as a board member and advocacy leader. In addition to leading NCJW through significant transitions, including strategic planning and successful fundraising initiatives, Erica is most proud of the organization’s work providing critical support to families experiencing homelessness, leading the successful legislative initiative to provide menstrual hygiene products in schools, and bringing Jewish values to life through social action.
Erica’s previous development roles—at Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Minneapolis and Macalester College (her alma mater!)–have been rooted in strong relationship-building; creative engagement strategies; elevating grant and event revenue; and an equitable, community-centric approach to philanthropy.
Erica’s favorite things are reading, cooking, improv comedy, and spending time with her husband, Jackson, and their mini poodle mix, Fava.
