Divine Baker

Senior Site Coordinator, Project Home

Divine Baker started with Interfaith Action in 2006 and is currently a Senior Site Coordinator for Project Home. Divine also works as the lead Intensive Therapy Services Practitioner for Face to Face Health and Counseling, providing in-home services for Ramsey County residents.

Divine uses her professional training and personal experiences to assist Project Home families to utilize their unique talents and capacities to overcome homelessness, social justice issues, and historical trauma. Divine’s approach to working with the community is collaborative and includes harm reduction practices, trauma-informed and strengths-based care, as well as psychoeducation.

Divine is passionate and dedicated to providing service to at-risk youth and families in the community. In addition, she co-hosts The East Side Morning Show on 104.7 WEQY, St. Paul’s newest radio station. With her remaining time she enjoys being active, eating well, and practicing meditation.
