Becky Dale
HR Manager
Becky Dale is a co-creative coach and composer working toward healing, well-being and connection for all. In addition to serving as the HR Manager at Interfaith Action, she is also currently a company member at Wonderlust Productions in St Paul, MN, and a Leaders Circle® Facilitator at Propel Nonprofits. She has previously served as and the Self-Healing Communities Coach for Garden State Equality in New Jersey, and as Chief Program Officer and Interim Executive Director at Minnesota Communities Caring for Children where she co-created community education and engagement work toward Understanding NEAR (Neuroscience, Epigenetics, ACEs and Resilience) and building self-healing communities. Her work history also includes serving as Coordinator of the West Side Family Center, and as a Women’s and Children’s Advocate at Casa de Esperanza. Becky is passionate about working/practicing to un-do white supremacy and all forms of domination and exclusion, and experimenting with new economic and system models that build equity.
