Ed has a strong background in advocacy, housing rights, mental health and chemical dependency services, community education, and digital equity.

He has worked with diverse communities in the Twin Cities and throughout rural Minnesota, including Afghan refugees in Fridley, Karen asylum seekers in Albert Lea, and homeless veterans in St Paul.
